 Open Badge e identità nel mercato del lavoro

Abstract [It]: Il presente contributo analizza l’utilizzo degli Open Badge come strumento utile per gestire con efficacia le transizioni dentro, fuori e all’interno del mercato del lavoro. L’analisi verte sull’inquadramento degli stessi all’interno dell’infrastruttura informativa disciplinata dal D.Lgs. 150/2015 nel rispetto della normativa in materia di protezione dei dati personali.

 

Abstract [En]: This paper analyzes the use of Open Badges as a useful tool to effectively manage transitions inside, outside and within the labor market. The analysis focuses on the classification of Open Badges within the IT infrastructure established by Legislative Decree n. 150/2015 in compliance with data protection legislation.
