 Neurodiritti: nuovi diritti o diritti già esistenti?

Abstract [It]: La proposta di introdurre i neurodiritti come nuovi diritti umani costituisce il fulcro del dibattito etico, filosofico e giuridico attuale. Molti accademici e alcuni Stati hanno accolto questa proposta con notevole entusiasmo. Tuttavia, dall'altra parte, diversi giuristi si oppongono all'idea di introdurre nuovi neurodiritti. Lo scrittore di questo articolo si colloca in questa posizione e intende esporre le ragioni che sostengono la sua tesi, ripercorrendo le ragioni del no già evidenziate da altri autori.

 

Title: Neurorights: new rights or existing rights?

Abstract [It]: The proposal to introduce neurorights as new human rights constitutes the fulcrum of the current ethical, philosophical and legal debate. Many academics and some states have welcomed this proposal with considerable enthusiasm. However, on the other hand, several jurists oppose the idea of introducing new neurorights. The writer of this article places himself in this position and intends to expose the reasons that support his thesis, retracing the reasons for the no already highlighted by other authors.
