 Dobbs is over. (Contro-)tendenze in materia di aborto, a partire dalla Sierra Leone (con accenni al caso del Benin)

Abstract [En]: The contribution aims at addressing the topic of the right to abortion, through three main points. First, trying to investigate the Dobbs ruling relevance vis-à-vis potential global regressive trends. Secondly, claims regarding the right to abortion will be assessed according to sources and forms. In the end, the Sierra Leone case will be investigated and briefly commented, with some references to Benin, as perhaps key countertrends for the African context.

Abstract [It]: Il contributo si propone di affrontare alcune riflessioni sul tema del diritto all’aborto, attraverso tre snodi principali. In primo luogo, provando a indagare la rilevanza della pronuncia Dobbs su potenziali tendenze regressive globali. Secondariamente, il diritto sarà analizzato tenendo in considerazione la fonte e la forma della rivendicazione. Infine, sarà richiamato, e brevemente commentato, il caso della Sierra Leone, con accenni al contesto del Benin, quali (contro)tendenze, eventualmente anche decisive, per il contesto africano.
