 Il turismo nelle aree naturali protette

Abstract [It]: Lo scritto, partendo dalla conferma dell’importanza delle aree protette nella tutela dell’ambiente, della biodiversità e degli ecosistemi a seguito della riforma degli artt. 9 e 41 Cost., si propone di verificare quali margini residuano per lo svolgimento delle attività turistiche all’interno di esse. In assenza di indicazioni specifiche e dettagliate all’interno della legge quadro nazionale, si tratteggiano le principali caratteristiche di strumenti di matrice europea.

 

Title: Tourism in Protected Natural Areas

Abstract [En]: The writing, starting from the confirmation of the importance of protected areas in the protection of the environment, biodiversity and ecosystems following the reform of the articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution, aims to verify what margins remain for carrying out tourist activities within them. In the absence of specific and detailed indications within the national framework law, the main characteristics of European-based instruments are outlined.
