 Alcune, prime, riflessioni a valle della nuova legge italiana sulla montagna

Abstract [It]: Il presente contributo analizza la legge sulla montagna del 2025 (n. 131/2025) con riguardo alla tutela della fauna selvatica e della biodiversità. Nello specifico, l’indagine si sofferma sull’art. 13, relativo alla creazione di «zone faunistiche a sé stanti», e sull’art. 15, concernente la revisione dei divieti di caccia sui valichi montani.

 

Title: Some initial reflections following the new Italian mountain law: the protection of wildlife

Abstract [En]: This paper explores the 2025 Italian Mountain law (no. 131/2025) concerning wildlife and biodiversity protection. Specifically, it focuses on art. 13, regarding the creation of “autonomous faunal zones”, and art. 15 on the revision of hunting bans on mountain passes.
