 Gli atti realizzati dagli Houthi a danno della navigazione marittima

Abstract [It]: Il presente contributo analizza, alla luce del diritto internazionale, alcune possibili qualificazioni dei numerosi atti realizzati dagli Houthi a danno della navigazione marittima. Si prenderà quindi in considerazione l’ipotesi che la Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts of Violence against the Safety of Maritime Navigation del 1988 possa essere applicata alle fattispecie esaminate, evidenziando i pregevoli effetti che deriverebbero da tale strumento pattizio.

 

Title: The acts committed by Houthi against maritime navigation: some possible international law classifications

Abstract [En]: This paper examines some possible international law classifications of the several acts committed by Houthi against maritime security. Furthermore, the application to those acts of the 1988 Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts of Violence against the Safety of Maritime Navigation will be analyzed, highlighting the many positive aspects of such application.
