 Data protection e inchieste parlamentari: i nuovi spunti che provengono dalla giurisprudenza della Corte di Giustizia

Abstract [It]: Il contributo affronta il tema della protezione dei dati personali in relazione ai lavori delle Commissioni parlamentari di inchiesta. Vengono esaminati gli spunti più recenti della giurisprudenza della Corte di Giustizia, che ha contribuito a definire l’estensione del campo materiale di applicazione del regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati personali. Viene, tuttavia, altresì preso in esame il ruolo svolto dal paradigma dei poteri giudiziari ex art. 82 Cost. nella materia di cui trattasi, considerata la disciplina interna sulla c.d. “informatica giuridica”.

 

Title: Data protection and parliamentary inquiries: new insights from the case law of the Court of Justice

Abstract [En]: This contribution addresses the issue of data protection in relation to parliamentary inquiry Committees. It examines the most recent insights from the Court of Justice's case law, which has helped to define the scope of the General Data Protection Regulation. However, the role played by the judicial powers paradigm under Article 82 Const. in this matter is also examined, given the discipline on the so-called “informatica giuridica”.
