 Aneddoti e divagazioni sul ‘mito’ dell’autonomia sportiva

Abstract [It]: Appare difficilmente contestabile che l’autonomia dello sport, sia pur diversamente declinata a seconda del livello di complessità di ciascun settore sportivo, abbia conseguito una tale ampiezza da penetrare in ambiti tradizionalmente oggetto di disciplina da parte dell’ordinamento generale (nazionale ed europeo). Muovendo da tale considerazione, l’indagine si sofferma ad analizzare i limiti (e le finalità che sottendono) all’intervento pubblico sull’autonomia di ciascuna organizzazione sportiva, e, conseguentemente, dell’ordinamento sportivo nella sua intierezza.

 

Title: Anecdotes and digressions on the ‘myth’ of sporting autonomy

Abstract [En]: It is scarcely disputable that the autonomy of sport, albeit shaped differently depending on the level of complexity of each sporting sector, has expanded to such an extent that it has come to permeate areas traditionally regulated by the general legal order (both national and European). On this basis, the study focuses on analyzing the limits of public intervention in the autonomy of each sports organization (and the aims underlying such intervention) and, consequently, in the sports legal order as a whole.
