 Parlamento e fake-news: spunti per un dibattito

Abstract [It]: Il saggio analizza il rapporto tra le trasformazioni del Parlamento italiano e le misure di contrasto alle cd. fake news. In particolare, richiamandosi alle specificità del binomio tra attori politici e esperti nell’ambito parlamentare, il contributo si focalizza sui provvedimenti di contrasto alla disinformazione adottati nell’ambito della XVIII legislatura e evidenzia le opportunità connesse all’istituzione di una commissione di inchiesta su questa materia.

 

Abstract [En]: The essay analyzes the relationship between the transformations of the Italian Parliament and the measures against so-called “fake news”. In particular, referring to the relationship between political actors and experts in the Parliamentary arena, the paper focuses on the measures proposed in the 18th Legislature and underlines the opportunities related to the establishment of a specific Parliamentary committee of inquiry on this matter.
