Autonomia ed integrazione europea tra opportunità e profili critici

Abstract [It]: Il contributo intende approfondire le opportunità e le possibilità e dall’altro i profili critici ed i rischi che derivano dall’integrazione europea per l’autonomia speciale dell’Alto Adige/Südtirol. Quanto ai primi, l’analisi si focalizzerà anzitutto sullo sviluppo economico e poi, sulla base dell’andamento cronologico, sugli sviluppi a partire dal 1990 e dall’inizio del nuovo millennio. Quanto invece ai secondi, l’attenzione sarà posta sulla tutela delle minoranze e la disciplina della lingua. Nelle osservazioni finali saranno riepilogati i principali risultati della ricerca.

Title: Autonomy and European integration between opportunities and critical profiles

Abstract [En]: The article enlightens the opportunities and possibilities and, on the other hand, the critical profiles and risks arising from European integration for the special autonomy of South Tyrol. With regard to the opportunities, the analysis will focus first on economic development and then on the developments occurred since 1990 and the beginning of the new millennium. As for the latter, the focus will be on the protection of minorities and the regulation of the use of the language. In the concluding remarks, the main results of the research will be summarised.
