Gli investimenti in 'AI for Good', nell’intreccio tra l’art. 2086, comma 2, c.c. e l’art. 2087 c.c.: note minime a margine di un’interessante ricerca

Abstract [It]: Nel contributo ci si interroga sulla base giuridica dell’obbligo di introdurre le tecnologie, come il Digital Wallet for Safety (DWS), in grado di migliorare le condizioni di lavoro e, nello specifico, gli standard di sicurezza. Individuata la stessa nell’art. 2087 c.c., più che nell’art. 2086 c.c., l’A. riflette sull’opportunità e sul merito di una politica di incentivi volti alla promozione di una governance partecipata dell’innovazione tecnologica.  

Title: The investments in "AI for Good", in the intersection between Art. 2086, par. 2, of the Italian Civil Code and Art. 2087 of the Italian Civil Code: brief notes on an interesting study

Abstract [En]: The contribution questions the legal basis of the duty to implement the technologies, such as the Digital Wallet for Safety (DWS), which are capable of improving the working conditions and the health and safety standards. While indentifying the relevant legal basis on Art. 2087 of the Italian Civile Code, rather than on Art. 2086, par. 2, of the Italian Civil Code, the Author reflects on the opportunity and on the content of an incentive policy aimed at promoting a participatory governance of the innovation process.
