Abstract [It]: L’articolo, con approccio comparatistico, analizza i problemi di compatibilità degli accordi tra imprese volti ad accrescere gli standard di sostenibilità dei prodotti o servizi offerti sul mercato, ma suscettibili di avere effetti anticoncorrenziali, con l’approccio prettamente economicistico adoperato nell’Unione Europea negli ultimi venticinque anni.

 

Title: Comparative profiles on sustainability agreements in European competition law

Abstract [En]: The article examines the antitrust legitimacy of potentially anticompetitive agreements between undertakings which are aimed at enhancing sustainability standards of products or services. Following a comparative approach, the Authors analyze the compatibility of sustainability agreements with the strictly economic approach followed in antitrust in the European Union over the past twenty-five years.
